The accident happened around 13:15, while the 11-year-old girl was sent for medical help to the regional hospital of Shkodra.

Around 1:15 p.m., on the "Shkodër-Mjedë" road axis, the vehicle driven by the DU citizen, 43 years old, hit an 11-year-old minor who was walking.
