An accident happened today on the Fier-Vajkan road axis.
A Renault type vehicle collided with a motorcycle at around 13:25.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the motorcycle, Klajdi Hatia, was seriously injured, who was transported to the Trauma Hospital in the capital, but could not survive his injuries and died in the hospital.
Meanwhile, the driver of the car, Manol Çepele, was escorted to the police station.
"Around 1:25 p.m., on the road axis "Fier-Vajkan", the citizen M. Ç., driving the vehicle, collided with the motorcycle driven by the citizen KH, 21 years old, resident in the village of Kallm i Madh, Fier.
As a result of the collision, the 21-year-old was transported to the hospital for medical assistance.
The driver of the vehicle, citizen M. Ç., has been escorted to the police station for further action," the police informed today.
