Bushati: SPAK should be applauded for investigating January 21, PS should force Agron Malaj to speak!

Analyst Andi Bushati, invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, spoke about the investigations that SPAK is conducting for January 21, also calling Sali Berisha to testify. 

Bushati, although critical of many of SPAK's actions, stated that he welcomes the investigation into January 21, while adding that the Socialist Party should force Agron Malaj, the former guard of the January 21 fire group, who is today a SP MP, to reveal what he knows about this event, where four protesters were killed.  

"January 21 is a crime that cannot go unpunished. SPAK would have been in vain if it had not re-entered this issue. We have spent at least a decade and a half without being questioned. We say that Rama is not being questioned about the incinerators, four people were killed there, and Berisha has not been questioned by the justice system. We have a chance to say goodbye.

Of course, even if it doesn't come to light, we should have an official version of Berisha, before justice, not before press conferences.

Second, we must have a version of Lulzim Basha for what happened. Third, if there is a political force that, if it has not undone everything from its ideals, the Socialist Party has a big stone in its hand, it has a deputy, that guard Malaj, who is one of the people who was rewarded with cash for those murders. If we assume that Berisha, to hide the crime, did everything, from servers to cartridges to hide the traces, he wanted to manipulate those guards who knew something more with money. 

The SP is condemned to force him to reveal what he knows and why he was paid to remain silent. There is room for Berisha, Basha and people like Malaj to be investigated more deeply. If the new justice system cannot give a convincing verdict, because four people were killed to suppress a political manifestation, which must be condemned and must not be repeated even in the worst dreams of this country. In this sense, all possible batteries must be used for this investigation", Bushati said, among other things.
