The prosecution assessed that the giving of cigars and alcoholic beverages to the minor child by the two defendants clearly results that he was physically and psychologically abused and was forced to perform actions that harm his mental and physical development.
As above, it was concluded that there is sufficient evidence in support of the charge for the criminal fact of "Mistreatment of a minor" carried out in collaboration, provided by article 124/b/2 and 25 of the Criminal Code.
