Vlora Police have identified and detained the two perpetrators who barbarically raped the Cleaning and Greening employee in the coastal city, citizen Kozma Kukli , 61 years old, this afternoon.
They are persons with previous criminal records. More specifically, they are citizens:
The incident occurred at a place called "Çoles Market", in the "Bashkimi" neighborhood, around 2:00 PM, with authorities saying the incident occurred for weak motives.
"These citizens, in collaboration with each other, for weak motives, have physically violated with hard objects the citizen Kozma Kukli, 61 years old, resident of Vlora, who is currently hospitalized in the Resuscitation Department of the Vlora Regional Hospital." - stated in the Police announcement
According to the testimony given by the elderly man himself, two people approached him in a van, got out, and hit him without any warning.
Other people present at the scene immediately intervened, notifying the ambulance and the police, while the elderly man was urgently taken to the hospital. Doctors report that Kozma Kukli has suffered multiple injuries to his head and right eye, which threatens his vision.
The materials were referred to the Prosecution for the criminal offense of "Intentional Serious Injury" committed in collaboration.
