The Court of Durres has decided today the security measure of "house arrest" for the former lawyer of the Durres Cadastre Mikel Zaho.
He is accused of abuse of office in collaboration with the alienation of a significant area of land in the area of Spitalla in Durrës. Zaho was a wanted person since April of this year, since at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, the Court had decided, in the absence of the security measure, "arrest in prison" for him.
He was caught by the Durrës police two days ago.
