Meteorologists predicted high-intensity rain during this Thursday in the city of Vlora, but until noon the situation was calm. The rain in the early hours of the morning did not cause any problems.
The citizens of Vlora continued to take measures even during this Thursday. In many neighborhoods in front of the gates, citizens have placed sandbags, to prevent any problems that could be caused by the heavy rains that were warned.
Residents express fear and from the situation that has passed for several weeks, they say that the state must take measures.
But there are also those residents who are not afraid of situations. Others are prepared for any storm.
"Here in our neighborhood, there were no floods, to be honest. I'm a little deeper and I have no problems. So far no, we haven't had any; I have not once, and I have a high house, once and I have never had problems; the problem is we only have a pit of water on the road, a little further down", says a resident.
The meteorologist's forecast for rain describes Vlora as a city with a high risk of flooding.
