Shkodra Police have released official information about the attack this Monday morning, in which two people were killed and two others were injured.
Police announce that, as a result of gunfire from suspected assassin Ragip Gilaj, Armando Pali was killed at the scene, while citizen LK (L.), 31 years old, died in hospital.
The injured were Erogen Brajovic, 43 years old, Denis Brajovic's brother, and the bar's waitress, Meri Kaceri.
"Around 08:50, in the "Qemal Stafa" neighborhood, in the outdoor premises of a bar, it is suspected that citizen RG fired a gun and, as a result, citizen EV (B.), 43 years old, who is under the care of doctors, and citizen MK, 25 years old, who was slightly injured, were injured.
Also, as a result of the shooting, citizen AP lost his life at the scene, while citizen LK (L.), 31 years old, also died at the Shkodra Regional Hospital.
Police services immediately went to the scene and started pursuing the perpetrator. After a few minutes of pursuit, they were able to capture him and seize an automatic firearm.
Meanwhile, the investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues its work to clarify the circumstances of the incident ," the announcement states.
