Assassination in Shkodër/ Journalist: Why Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were in the Dobraç district of Bajrave

The Dobraç neighborhood on the outskirts of Shkodra is known as the Bajra neighborhood. The latter have clashed with those from Lici where several victims have been recorded.
News24 journalist Igli Çelmeta disclosed new details in "Kjo Javë" with Nisida Tufa regarding the fact that Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were in the Bajrave neighborhood.
He also added that the third person who is thought to have been in the car with Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati is Ibrahim Lici who escaped the assassination attempt.
"The third person who is believed to have been in the vehicle is Ibrahim Lici. The car was a Benz with Croatian license plates. They were Hamza Lici, Arlind Bushati. There are hints about the person in the picture moving outside the car where Hamza Lici is lying, the state police have not yet confirmed with scientific evidence whether he was in the vehicle or not. It is confirmed that there were three people in the car. He is seen bleeding on his hands and face if he was wounded by a gunshot or if he pulled the bodies out of the cars. It is not known whether Arlind Bushati was a passenger in the first place or behind. According to the police, Hamza Lici was the driver of the vehicle".

Igli Çelmeta: The victims were returning from Montenegro, they arrived through the border point of Muriqani, they entered Shkodër and it is the Shkodër-Koplik axis, they are not in the heart of Dobraç.
