Italy/ He was trafficking 1.2 kg of cocaine, the Albanian was caught at the moment of the exchange

Italian Carabinieri arrested a 33-year-old Albanian, already known to law enforcement, who is believed to be responsible for possession of narcotics with the intent to sell them.
The arrest took place in Cinquemiglia, Città di Castello, where officers, engaged in routine patrol, noticed a suspicious exchange between two drivers. Their intervention allowed them to stop the sale and identify the individuals involved.
The investigation revealed that inside the package involved in the exchange there was 1.2 kg of cocaine, which had just been sold by the 33-year-old, a resident of Umbertide, to a 44-year-old local.
The investigation continued at the Albanian's home, where the carabinieri found a precision scale, packaging materials and approximately 21,000 euros in cash, an amount he was unable to explain.
All materials, along with the cash, were seized.
At the end of the operation, he was arrested in flagrante delicto and handed over to the judicial authorities in Perugia. The judge confirmed the arrest, ordering the suspect to be placed under house arrest.
