Karamuço reveals details about the murder of Judge Kalaja: There is video from the moment of the incident

Criminology professor Ervin Karamuço has provided new details regarding the murder of judge Astrit Kalaja. In an interview with Euronews Albania, he stated that the perpetrator, Elvis Shkambi, used a Makarov-type weapon and fired five times, while the weapon was handed over empty after the incident.

Karamuço said the blows were not static, as the perpetrator and victim moved during the incident. He also confirmed that he has video footage with audio from the moment of the murder.

The professor added that the courtroom doors helped those present dodge the bullets, saving several people from the perpetrator's blows. "There is footage; at that moment, several people came out through the doors, as the perpetrator was chasing the judge," said Karamuço, describing the dynamics of the event according to the trajectories of the bullets.
