A few minutes after receiving the statement from the Prosecutor's Office, Kallxo.com asked the Court of Pristina to provide access to the edited indictment of this case according to the law, but until the publication of the article, the Court did not grant access to the edited indictment. Neither has the Prosecution responded to provide details on the reasons for the indictment.
Among the people who started the discussion about the indictment is Dejona Mihali from LVV.
She wrote in a post on Facebook that "Still no word on the indictment "money laundering" Allajbeu - Lluka. No leaks. The work has become very complicated on the one hand American Hospital, advertisements, on the other hand T7, Gazeta express, Grupi Dukagjini. Who can break this sublime silence?"
Contacted by KALLXO.com, the Dukagjini corporation said that they have not yet accepted the indictment and are convinced that this case is only a civil case and there is no criminal offense.
"We have not received any document from the Prosecutor's Office, but in this case there is no case of fraud, but it is a civil case between the parties" - said one of the legal officers of the corporation, while the lawyer Dastid Pallaska, who represents the company in this case, is not answered.
Kallxo.com has also contacted the American Hospital. The American Hospital said that they got the information about the filing of the indictment from the Prosecutor's Office portal and from the media, and that on Monday the lawyers will ask to get acquainted with the indictment filed.
"We have not yet accepted the indictment in writing as an institution. On Monday our lawyers will seek the indictment and we will testify our innocence wherever required. The indictment is thought to be related to the early activity, around 2014, and there are several cooperating businesses and none of them have anything to do with the media" - says the American Hospital's response to KALLXO.com.
Clodi Allajbeu, who is the owner of this hospital, was also unavailable to communicate.
According to the MOM registry, the Allajbeu family owns several media outlets, including T7. The Lluka family is also the owner of RTV Dukagjini according to the register of MOM./ Kallxo
