From luxury cars to money-laundering businesses, SPAK seizes Brecan's assets

After the end of the investigations, SPAK submitted the file with 11 investigated to the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) for a decision. Former official Erzen Breçani is among those investigated.
The defendants Bujar Ajeti, Adrian Cenaj and Erzen Breçani are accused of supporting Nuredin Dumani, an individual wanted for very serious criminal offences. Ajeti and Cenaj are accused of sheltering and helping Dumani to evade justice, while Breçani is accused of "Supporting the author of the crime" by providing information to avoid arrest.
As part of the investigations, several immovable and movable assets were seized, including:
The company "HEC DRITA ENERGY", owned by "ROSP Breçani" shpk.
"Audi" brand vehicle, "RS Q8" model, year of production 2020.
Vehicle brand "Mercedez Benz", model "G350d", year of production 2017.
Bank account with the amount of 75,000 euros.
These assets are now part of the documents sent to the court, which will examine the case and decide the fate of the accused.
