SPAK will call on July 22 to question the uncle and wife of Aleks Nika, who were killed on the boulevard during the opposition protest of that time against the Berisha government.
Mark and Rajmonda Nika will be questioned by the prosecutors, as earlier Mark Nika has announced that now that the SPAK investigations are starting, he will also submit an audio tape with evidence of state murder. Wife Rajmonda is expected to appear at 10:00, while Mark at 12:00, on Monday, July 22.
Investigations for January 21, 2011 begin after the request of the family members of Aleks Nika in the Supreme Court, the only murder without perpetrator of January 21, because the projectile that was removed from his body in Turkey was damaged, it is not possible to determine from which weapon it was fired.
