"Revanshi" operation, Xelal Rraja is left in prison

GJKKO leaves in force the "arrest in prison" security measure for Xelal Rraja.
Jelal Rraja was arrested a few days ago as part of the "Revanshi" operation.
The brother of the former socialist deputy Rrahman Rraja, is accused of being part of the groups of Durim Bami and Endri Dokle and would provide the conditions and material means to carry out the murder of the former socialist deputy Arben Ndoka.
From SPAK's investigations, it appears that Arben Ndoka was scheduled to be executed in January 2021, when he went for coffee and coke on "Elbasani" Street, after a judge from Lezha had died.
According to the file, Durim Bami and Endrit Dokle, in collaboration with Xelal Rraja and Marklen Haka, hatched the plan to kill Ndoka.
