She stated that the police have strong doubts that the third person in the victim's car was Ibrahim Lici, however there is still no trace of him. She added that since Lici was injured, he may have been treated by doctors in the south of the country, but there are also doubts that he is currently in Tirana.
"The police have not come out with an official version of who is the person who appears at the scene of the crime, it is unofficially accepted by the Albanian investigation and justice authority that he is Ibrahim Lici. After the massacre that shocked the country, a series of investigations have been carried out to understand how he left the scene. There are doubts that this citizen may have been injured, and therefore there were several verifications classified as top secret, which include surveillance and interception.
The local police are carrying out secret operations to find out who are the people who managed to treat him.
