An accident occurred on the "Koplik-Shkodër" road axis, where two vehicles collided, and as a result, three children were injured.
According to official sources, the Traffic Police Sector referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen AH, 21 years old, after he made a wrong maneuver on the "Koplik-Shkodër" road axis and cut off the path of the vehicle driven by citizen F. Rr., 50 years old, resident in the village of Pjetershan.
As a result, minor children 5, 6 and 7 years old, who were traveling in the car driven by citizen F. Rr., were slightly injured.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
