The Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo (PSRK) has announced that it has filed an indictment against eight defendants for the criminal offenses of "Forgery of documents" and "Money laundering".
"After conducting investigations for several years, the Special Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kosovo has today filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Pristina - Special Department, against natural persons: EM, KA, E.LL, K.LL and IL and legal entities: M...', 'AHK' and 'KKK'", the announcement states. The announcement states that there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendants have committed the criminal offenses of "Forgery of documents" and "Money laundering," announced the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo.
