The pedestrian overpass at the place called "Bahçalleku Bridge" in Shkodër has partially collapsed, but fortunately no one was injured.
According to the police, at the time of the collapse, there were no vehicles or pedestrians in motion. Police and fire services are at the scene and are working to open the road.
