Shemsi Prençi: Police directors name criminal groups from prison '313' and Colombia!

Security expert and former police chief, Shemsi Prençi, has raised serious accusations on the "Oponencë" show on News24 , stating that appointments to the high levels of the State Police are not made by institutions, but by organized crime.

Prençi described the situation as alarming and outside any standard of a state of law, citing criminal groups operating from Albanian prisons and abroad as sources of influence for leading appointments in the police.

"Police directors appoint criminal groups, from prison 313, from high-security prisons and from Colombia," Prençi declared.

According to him, this reality has severely compromised the integrity of law enforcement structures and has led to the capture of the State Police by dark interests.
