Brawl in the Pogradec Municipal Council, 27-year-old arrested for punching the municipal councilor

27-year-old Kevi Muçllari has been arrested for punching the Pogradec municipality councilor.

"The police announce that Crime Investigation specialists at the Pogradec Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of "Assault in the line of duty", citizen KM, 27 years old, resident of Pogradec.

On 10.11.2025, at around 14:25, in the premises of the Pogradec Municipality, during a meeting of the Municipal Council with the presence of citizens, this citizen initially debated and insulted the members of the Municipal Council, and then exercised physical violence against citizen E. Sh., 47 years old, a member of the Municipal Council, by punching him.

"The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police statement said.
