SPAK has given the details regarding the 33 arrest warrants issued to investigate some criminal events in the country over the years. SPAK announces that the object of the investigation was the criminal activity of an organization based in Elbasan and led by the brothers Florenc and Hajdar Çopja.
Investigations have proven that this criminal organization stands out for its particular degree of structuring, stability, duration, intent to commit certain criminal offenses and its financial strength.
It is suspected that the criminal activity of the two brothers dates back to the years 2006-2007, where they initially carried out the criminal activity in Italy by distributing small amounts of cocaine. Over the years, they became very empowered by the sale and trafficking of drugs, where from Italy they extended/expanded their criminal activity to other countries in Europe and beyond.

Sapo kaluan shtatë muaj, erdhi një tjetër viktimë. Mesnatën e 1 korrikut, Klevi dhe Aldo Baho, i njohur si “Sakati”, vëllezër u qëlluan me breshëri plumbash dhe njëri prej tyre vdiq. Klevi mbeti i vrarë, ndërsa Aldo u plagos rëndë, por sot jeton.
Një ditë pas këtij atentati, RENEA zbarkoi në Elbasan ku dhe pas një karburanti në emër të biznesmenit Ilir Beko gjeti një arsenal me armë të sofistikuara. Pjesa më e madhe e armëve ishin moderne dhe që i përkisnin prodhimit francez dhe belg, armë këto që përdoren nga ushtritë e vendeve të NATO, 7 kallashnikovë dhe një armë gjahu çifte, snajpera modern dhe 5 pistoleta me silenciator.
Pikërisht në këtë karburant, ku u gjet dhe depoja e armëve, qëndronin herë pas here edhe anëtarë të këtij grupi kriminal të Çopjave.

Grabitja e Rinasit

Çela shkoi t’ua kërkonte më pas, por ata u justifikuan dhe thanë se ua kishin grabitur në momentin që iu grabit edhe servisi. Më pas i vranë”, u shpreh Ndoci kur u ‘zbërthye’.
