The police of Elbasan dismantled the prostitution network that operated in this city, arresting seven people and declaring two others wanted.
These citizens had adapted rented premises for exploitation of prostitution, as well as promoting the activity on online sites, where they offered sexual favors against payments.
The Blues have announced that sums of money and mobile phones have been seized.
Specialists of the Section for Traffic Investigation, under the direction of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, following successive operations to attack illegality in the field of practicing and exploiting prostitution, have organized and finalized the police operation of coded "Fee".
As part of this operation, the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:
- Colombian citizens AB, 22 years old, and LB, 19 years old, for the criminal offense "Exploitation of prostitution";
-Spanish citizens SF, 36 years old, and MC, 32 years old, Colombian citizens SP, 27 years old, and YA, 29 years old, as well as Venezuelan citizen AR, 38 years old, for the criminal offense "Prostitution".
Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings were initiated for the Venezuelan citizen YO, 31 years old, for the criminal offense "Prostitution".
Following the actions, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office and the Peruvian citizens FG, 23 years old, and JG, 44 years old, were declared wanted for the criminal offense "Exploitation of prostitution".
During the operation, in different neighborhoods of Elbasan, these citizens had adapted rented premises for exploitation of prostitution, and by promoting themselves on online sites, they offered sexual favors against payments.
The Police Services found and seized 43,000 ALL, 2,780 euros, which are suspected to have benefited from this criminal activity, as well as 9 mobile phones.
The work continues for the complete legal documentation of the case, and the capture of the 2 citizens declared wanted.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
