Kristo Martinaj was arrested for "occupation" in the Patok Lagoon, and is released

The Lezha court released the head of the Fushë-Kuqe Administrative Unit in Kurbin, Kristo (Fred) Martinaj. He was recognized this Thursday with the security measure and the judge Edlira Çota accepted the request of the prosecutor Francesk Ganaj, establishing the security measure of mandatory presentation and blocking of the passport for the 55-year-old.

He was arrested two days ago after allegedly ordering various citizens to throw inerts into the lagoon near his bar in Patok. He was charged with land occupation and abuse of office.
