Elbasan police have identified the woman who was found dead in the Shkumbin River.
Elbasan/Preliminary information
At around 17:30, in the Shkumbin River, citizen DB, around 55 years old, was found dead, suspected of drowning in the river.
This citizen was housed in a social center and suffered from mental health problems. She left the center around 3:00 PM today.
The investigation team is working to fully document the circumstances of the incident with legal evidence.
