Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha gave details in the show "Te Paespozuarit" on MCN TV, about the arrest in Dubai of Plarent Dervishaj, who was then brought to Tirana.
Hoxha said that his arrest was made after a fight he had with another Albanian after a boxing match in Dubai and he said that this event is related to the Marina that is being built in Durrës by Mohamad Alabaar.
" In a boxing match that was carried out by an Albanian entrepreneur, many characters living in Dubai gathered and during the boxing match, Plarent Dervishaj met a person from the area of the former Park in Tirana. They met inside and when they came out they exchanged fists with each other. This happened on the 18th when an Albanian boxer had a match with another. The Dubai police went to Dervishaj's apartment where he lived in the 40-story tower at Marina and told him that he had violated the rules of residence. There is no house arrest in Dubai, but there is monitoring. Dervishaj had a residence permit there, his apartment. I believe it is related to the Navy that is being built in the port of Durrës" - said Hoxha.
