The fire destroyed two apartments/ 61-year-old man: Someone had placed 4 oil

This week's story took us to the city of Ballshi, where we met Ferjati, whose life would change on the scorching afternoon of August 18 this year, when his two apartments, built with blood and sweat from hard work in emigration they would be engulfed in flames.

The reason for this was four oil tankers, which without his knowledge were placed behind his and his cousin's house.

As a result of the fire, one of the apartments would be completely destroyed, while the other would suffer serious damage to its terrace. But this gentleman's drama would not end there….

After the burning of the houses, this 61-year-old man would go on foot to bring to justice the perpetrators of this arson with incalculable damages. But what has been done by the authorities to help this individual recover, after this colossal damage? Unfortunately, so far nothing, as the institutions only give Ferjat an answer, the incident is being investigated. And why the latter is shrouded in mystery, who is behind the 4 giant oil tankers.

How did all this happen under the nose of the institutions? How can one person assemble four giant oil tankers without anyone knowing. Thus endangering not only the apartments of Ferjati, but the lives of all the surrounding residents?

After listening to Ferjat's story, we set out to meet the person who has a key role in solving this serious event. It is about the Judicial Police Officer in Ballsh, Aleksandër Veisllari. The latter tries to remove any responsibility from himself and "pass the ball" as much to the press office of the Ballshi Police as to the Fier Prosecutor's Office.

Meanwhile, another strong accusation of inaction is made by Ferjati against the fire brigade of Ballshit, which according to him went late to the scene and did not follow the standard procedures. During the confrontation we had with the commander of the Fire Station in Ballsh, Albes Zotaj, I was confronted from the beginning with an aggression from him, but also from some of the firefighters present.

Mr. Zotaj was careful to exclude responsibility from the side of his institution, but at one point, he fell into his "pit", as he declares that at no time did he and the team that went to Ferjat's house on the day of the fire, have found oil tankers. This statement is a little irresponsible, because such a case of fire could also cause explosions that could seriously endanger the lives of the officers he leads. Shouldn't they have been informed of the situation they were dealing with when they arrived at the scene?

But in this event there is another character, quite interesting. He is Ferjat's cousin, Myzafer Tato, who sold the house and the land to the enigmatic person who installed the oil tanks inside. It is about Ermir Canin, who, according to Myzaferi, lives outside Albania, but he has built his business here, and not a business at all, but with a high risk, thus endangering people's lives.

It remains in the hands of the institutions that clarify the serious incident and bring the responsible persons to justice./ The show "Piranjat"
