The accused official/former director of ARRSH appears again at GJKKO

The former director of the Albanian Road Authority, Sonila Qato, appeared on Friday morning at the GJKKO where a preliminary hearing is expected to take place against her.
On October 3, she was called to SPAK for the first time, where she said that she was interrogated in the capacity of a person who knows about the circumstances of the investigation regarding the construction procedures of the Kardhiq-Delvina axis.
Sonila Qato is suspected of abusing her duties regarding the Kardhiq-Delvina road axis, while just a few weeks ago 10 people were investigated by SPAK, among them the former head of the Albanian Road Authority.
SPAK has found elements of the criminal offense of "abuse of duty", "violation of equality in tenders", "forgery of documents" and "passive corruption of persons exercising public functions".
