Russia is preparing to withdraw troops from Syria, writes CNN.
According to satellite images collected by Maxar, Russia appears to be loading and preparing aircraft departing from its military bases in Syria.
Two An-124 heavy military transport planes were present at Russia's Khmeimim airbase in Latakia on the Mediterranean coast of northwest Syria, both with their cockpits raised, indicating they are ready to receive cargo.
