Donald Trump's new era begins Monday at noon, here's what the US President will sign on his first day in office

A raft of measures designed to reshape government policies will be awaiting the new president's signature once he is sworn in — a dramatic show of force intended to set the tone for the next four years.
Trump likely won't wait until he gets to the Oval Office to pull out his Sharpie pen; after suggesting during the campaign that a "little table" be set up on the inauguration platform to sign his orders, some of them will be waiting for him at the U.S. Capitol immediately after the oath-taking.
However, this new era will be felt beyond the walls of the Capitol — where Trump will be sworn in indoors, due to the cold temperatures.
In major metropolitan areas, raids for immigrants could begin almost immediately as the new president follows through on campaign promises to deport undocumented migrants.
Inside the prison cells, those sentenced on January 6, 2021, will await news of the pardons, which Trump has promised to sign once he returns to power.
And across the world's capitals, leaders will watch anxiously as the new American leader begins to execute his plans for tariffs, land grabs, and an end to protracted wars.
"Your head will spin when you see what's going to happen," Trump once promised about his Day One plans.
For his supporters, these actions will be an exciting fulfillment of the populist and anti-immigrant themes of his campaign. But for those against them, they will signal a new dark moment — and a call for legal action.
Trump plans to issue dozens of executive orders — more than 100 within his first week in office, according to sources familiar with his plans. They include measures to boost U.S. energy production, strengthen border security, tighten regulations and other key policy priorities.
He is also looking at options to keep TikTok available in the United States, a task made urgent by a Sunday deadline to ban the app. "I'll make the decision," he told CNN's Pamela Brown by phone Friday after the Supreme Court upheld the ban.
It is almost certain that some of the items that Trump promised during the campaign to execute on Day One will not be realized.
But the scale of Trump's plans — if they materialize — will go beyond any recent president's attempts to use the power of his office, testing the limits of the presidency.
In the eyes of Trump and his team, the wave of actions on his first day will herald the arrival of a new regime — a stark break not only from the past four years but also from the chaos that dominated the early days of his first term.
This time, the message is one of swift action, on a larger scale, and with better coordination.
"We want to come in and show how serious we are. Trump is back, it's time for action. Like a shock to the system," a Trump adviser told CNN.
Preparations for Trump's first day in office have been underway since long before he won last year's election. Conservative groups have spent the past four years exploring the limits of executive power and looking for avenues Trump could pursue on a wide range of policies if he were to return to the White House.
"It will be the equivalent of sending George Patton to Europe to win World War II," another Trump adviser told CNN, describing the "rapid and very intense" executive actions being prepared...
