Ukrainian special forces attack Russian oil depot in Crimea with drone

Ukrainian Special Forces announced today (November 10) that they attacked a Russian oil depot near the village of Gvardeyskoye in occupied Crimea late on the evening of November 9, Russian Telegram channel ASTRA reports.
"The oil depot in Gvardeyskoye is an important element of the fuel supply system of the occupation authorities in Crimea. It is indispensable for supplying military bases and the transport network of the enemy army," the Ukrainian special forces said in a statement on Telegram.
On the other hand, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that air defense shot down 10 Ukrainian drones over the Peninsula, while the Ukrainian military has not yet commented on the alleged attack.
The oil depot has been the target of Ukrainian attacks in recent months. On October 17, Ukrainian Special Forces confirmed that their drones had caused damage to oil depots and a factory in Gvardeyskoye, releasing a video purporting to show the attack from the drone's perspective.
The warehouse is located near the Gvardeyskoye air base, which is used as a launch base for several Russian aircraft used in attacks on Ukraine.
Ukraine regularly carries out deep-sea attacks on military and industrial facilities in Russia, mainly using domestically developed drones.
Russia's oil and gas production continues to be hit as Kiev aims to cripple Moscow's main source of funding for the war in Ukraine.
