The police statement states that the incident occurred for weak motives.
"Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 4: arrested citizen HL, 37 years old, in flagrante delicto, after she is suspected of having partially burned, for weak motives, the apartment owned by her boyfriend," the police announced.
