Southern California continues to burn, flames rip through entire neighborhoods

Fires continue to burn Los Angeles, killing at least 11 people. The massive flames have burned entire neighborhoods and over 12,000 while they have been completely destroyed.

According to fire departments, some fires have been brought under control for weeks, but others have erupted. Amid the chaos, some Los Angeles residents have begun returning to their neighborhoods in a desperate attempt to salvage what they can amid the continuing threat of new fires.

About 180,000 people have been evacuated, while according to preliminary estimates, the damage amounts to about 50 billion dollars.
