NATO warns of a wider threat from cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang
NATO chief Mark Rutte said on Thursday that North Korea's military cooperation with Russia against Ukraine is a threat that extends beyond Europe and must be dealt with collectively.

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol told a press conference Thursday in Seoul that his government will "gradually modify our support strategy in stages" depending on North Korea's level of involvement in Russia's war against Ukraine .
