Implementation of Israel-Hamas agreement begins/Israeli troops are withdrawing

The Israeli army has begun withdrawing from areas in Rafah, Gaza, in the Philadelphia Corridor, along the border between Egypt and Gaza.

The Philadelphia Corridor is a strip of land along Gaza's border with Egypt, including the Rafah crossing.

Although the ceasefire in Gaza was scheduled to begin in the early hours of this morning, implementation was delayed because Israel claimed it had not received the names of the hostages to be released.

But now Hamas militants have revealed who the first three hostages to be released will be.

One of them is a British-Israeli citizen named Emily Damari, 28. The other two names are Romi Gonen, 24, and Doron Steinbrecher, 31.
