Floods in Spain, the number of victims reaches 140 people
According to state news agency EFE, the death toll from floods in eastern Spain has risen from 95 to 140.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has arrived in Valencia.

"The priority now is to find those who are missing to ease the anguish that the families are suffering," he told reporters.

"We will support the search by land, sea and air for as long as it takes to find all the missing persons. Please, the storm continues, please stay home.

Please listen to all calls from emergency services, their needs, their recommendations.

The most important thing is to save as many lives as possible. AEMET is issuing alarms, I ask that these recommendations be taken into account," said Sanchez.
