Real Madrid are showing their support for those affected by the bad weather in eastern Spain by donating one million euros to the Red Cross campaign.
The bad weather, in addition to the great destruction, has caused the death of at least 158 people, while according to the authorities, many others are still missing.
The Madrid club announced that it has organized a fundraising campaign together with the Red Cross.
"Real Madrid and the Red Cross today launched a fundraising campaign to support those affected by the storm. "Real Madrid has decided to support this campaign by donating 1 million euros to help the many families who are in a critical situation and need all our help and solidarity ," the statement said.
