VIDEO/ Scandal in Croatia, Deputy Prime Minister shoots 9 times with a pistol from a car

A video of Croatia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture, Josip Dabro, firing nine times with an HS-2000 pistol through the window of a private car is circulating on social media.
According to what is seen in the video, Dabro is in the passenger seat of the car and is dressed casually in shorts and a T-shirt, which suggests that the video was recorded during the summer.
In the background, the folk song "Karanfil se na put sprema" by Zehre Bajraktarevic is heard.
It appears he fired near a residential area as street lighting can be seen and at one point a house is seen. In the video, Dabro first loads the pistol and says "Only for my brother Mario."
After he shoots out the car window with nine bullets, he starts singing the aforementioned song.
At the end of the video, Dabro places the pistol in the compartment next to the passenger seat and says, " Hello, brother Mario, good night ."
Following the publication of the video, investigations by the relevant Croatian authorities have already begun. Regarding the published recording, which according to Josip Dabra was made before the minister's term, the Croatian Government states the following.
“ We consider this behavior and the use of firearms inappropriate and irresponsible. We will discuss this with Mr. The competent authorities will carry out the actions determined by law in order to determine all the circumstances of this case. ”
