Bakeries, OSHEE appeals to entities to declare contracts and apply for changing the rate of 14 lek/kWh

With the approval of the decision of ERE, OSHEE Group SH.A. worked intensively for the implementation of Decision No. 72, dated 15.4.2024, "On the new invoicing system for subjects that exercise the activity "Bakery and/or flour production".
During the months of June and July, OSHEE Group SH.A. has treated most of the subjects identified in the billing system for the "bakery" activity, despite the complexity of this process and the hard work in the field.
OSHEE Group is working in cooperation with the "Association of Bread, Pastry and Pastry Manufacturers" and every step taken has been consulted with the interested parties, represented by the association.
In the meeting of the last week of July, OSHEE Group and the "Association of Bread, Pastry and Pastry Manufacturers" coordinated the progress of the process and the necessary steps in the successful completion and transition of all entities to the new approved tariffs .
According to the decision, the new electricity consumption rates are:
• Bakery activities: 7.6 Lek/kWh
• Bakery activities - pastry shop: 9.5 Lek/kWh
• Bakery activities - pastry shop - coffee bar: 12 Lek/kWh
OSHEE Group and the "Association of Bread, Pastry and Dough Producers" remind interested entities to appear at the Customer Care points and declare electricity supply contracts according to the purposes of bakery activity and integrated pastry services and/or coffee bar. The declaration of all energy contracts will enable these businesses to have a single contract, with the best rate, based on the type of activity carried out.
Business entities, which still pay at 14 ALL/kWh, must apply to the Customer Care points for a change in the rate (code K11 for all contracts related to the same environment), in order to take all the necessary measures. necessary to consider the request as quickly as possible and set the fee according to the typology approved by ERE.
OSHEE Group guarantees the implementation of the new tariff structure in a fair and orderly manner and requires the cooperation of the subjects for the regulation of the market, which will bring concrete benefits for most of them.
