The scorching heat does not go away/ Doctors: Be careful even when entering the sea

The three hottest days of this month, where the thermometer registers nearly 40 degrees Celsius, are expected to be this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but meteorologists say that the following days of July will also have high temperatures.
The Institute of Public Health calls on citizens to be more careful as the entire population is at risk from the heat.
"Be careful not to go out from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.," said the director of ISHP, Eugena Tomini for TCH.
The most at risk are infants and children, the chronically ill and the elderly, as well as pregnant women.
Even those who are resting on the coast or frequent the swimming pools in these high temperatures should be careful when entering the water immediately.
The director of ISHP reminded all those who have to work in the field, such as policemen, or those who work in construction, to consume as much water as possible to prevent dehydration.
