Multi-storey buildings are now also concentrated on the coast, while in Tirana this has become something common. The last three meetings of the National Council for Territory and Water have had as part of their agenda a series of projects that reach a maximum of 67 floors in Tirana, while for the coast, constructions over 20 floors are becoming something common.

In the capital, projects seem to be developing in different parts of it, but the largest is in the area of ​​the New Boulevard. The company "Klar" will develop a complex of towers ranging from 33 floors to 67 floors. There are at least six such buildings expected to be developed in this area.

Likewise, two other buildings over 30 floors are expected to be developed in the "Ali Demi" area.

After the concentration in Tirana, Vlora is another city where "towers" are being implemented and the latest projects for which KKTU has approved permits have the word "Tower" in their names. Meanwhile, the Qerret area, mainly with lower and more complex buildings, is expected to see several multi-storey buildings with a hotel function implemented.

The same trend is also spreading to the North where in Shkodra and Lezha there are again several projects affecting the coastal area with relatively high-rise construction. Below are some of the permits approved for projects in the last three meetings of the KKUT held on July 16, July 23 and September 29.

3- Building Permit for the facility: “Vlora Beach Tower”, located in the Municipality of Vlora, with the developer company “Materia Cons 01” sh.pk

4- Building Permit for the facility: “Residential and service facility 2-25 floors above ground, with 4 floors underground”, located on “Viktor Eftimiu” Street, Tirana Municipality, with the developer company “Trust Construction” sh.pk

5- Building Permit for the facility: "Residential and service building 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14, 17, 21, 25 floors above ground with 4 floors underground", located in the Municipality of Tirana, with the developer company "Kedinvest" sh.pk

6- Building Permit for the facility: “Narea Hotel and Aparthotel” Complex development for the construction of new premises with a hotel function of 16 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, located in Qerret, Kavaja Municipality, with the developer company “Grand Brillant” sh.pk

7- Building Permit for the facility: "Multifunctional building "I-Love-Vlore Tower", located on "Ismail Qemali" Boulevard, Vlora Municipality, with the developer company "Stroytech" sh.pk
