- As of today, Berisha must withdraw the lawsuit in Strasbourg because there is no object and because the Albanian court recognized his right and he is free.

The answer must be given by Berisha himself, but clearly since the day the PD-SP pact was signed, we have had several decisions in favor of Berisha and his group:

- 3500 euro salary for PD MPs
- Closed lists of MPs
- Criminal amnesty of the corrupt
- Berisha's release
Has the court been influenced by the DP-SP agreement?
