Last night's vote in the Parliament of Albania where the majority did not vote to send to the Constitutional Court was not only a shame for the legislators in that hall, for Rilindah, but also for the opposition MPs.

I am starting it from the opposition to highlight the fact that nothing else is happening in that hall but political theater, bargaining and agreements at the expense of the citizens. The expectation of the Albanians to have opposition is precisely with them. But what happened yesterday in Parliament?

The Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the DP Gazmend Bardhi who sells himself as a fanatic of the implementation of parliamentary procedures, a lover of the implementation of the law and the Constitution, together with the list of deputies that follows him did not at all stand in front of the majority to force him to implement a decision of the Constitutional Court for Olta Xhačka. 

Bardhi operates with two standards regarding what should be achieved in parliamentary life. Together with the camp of deputies from the Berisha list, they voted like sheep for the Electoral Code that was given to Rama, which did not reflect the return of the coalitions and the lists were not opened, with the argument that it was an obligation from the Constitutional Court to vote for the return of the vote of immigrants and open lists.

The vote of immigrants will again be an impossibility for a number of unclear issues in the Code, even though Bardhi and the DP deputies voted for what the leader of Rilindah wanted, but what was important for him was his and some deputies' close interest in having this code that can take them to the Assembly, but does not bring the opposition to power. Even the open lists were not returned!

After the closing of the voting for Xhaçka's mandate, there was no resistance from the opposition except for the word "shame" that Bardhi articulated, did it touch the majority in the Seder? Before, flares were lit and smokestacks exploded in the hall in vain, and not for something so important where the Assembly did not implement the decisions of the Constitutional Court. In order not to extend it to the opposition part, after bargaining between them from the agreement on Criminal Amnesty, the Electoral Code and now they are trying to control the justice bodies, especially SPAK, Bardhi and his anti-justice line cannot collide with Rama and Rilindah.

Even yesterday in the hall, Bardhi had called the prime minister for an interview and helped him by moving from the hot issue of hazardous waste to an interception, according to him, of a police director, still unconfirmed. Bardhi was seen very close, ear to ear with the head of the Parliamentary group of SP Peleshi and MP Naço.

From Rama and Rilindja no other decision was expected for Olta Xhaçka, but the opposition's resistance had to be epic to what happened last night in the hall of the Assembly of Albania. The decision of the SP was a scandal, a shame and a challenge to independent institutions as important as the Constitutional Court, which was openly challenged.

Precisely because this happened, two of the most important embassies in the country, such as the EU and the US, reacted against the decision of the majority not to bring Xhaçka's mandate to the Constitutional Court.

Rilindja continues to treat the state as loot by not implementing the laws, respecting the Constitution and obeying the decisions of the independent institutions in this country.

Since the prime minister and other levels of government are known to put pressure on justice as they are immersed in corruption, it was unimaginable that they would go as far as political and institutional decisions like that of the Assembly against the Constitutional Court, to protect a deputy already caught in "flagrante" who enjoys the mandate in violation of the Constitution because her husband has been the beneficiary of strategic investments by having a lawmaker and minister wife.

Time will reveal why they joined together against the Albanians. The spectacle they produce in that hall does not cover the living thing that Rama and Berisha have done at the expense of the Albanians and their sejmen who talk with their sock mouths.
Today's time of masquerades, but the Albania of Albanians who will know how to give the answer.
