Why Albanians should look at the economy in the 2025 elections
In the dilemma of the ballot box, Americans on November 4 chose. And they chose the one that promised them an economic outlook, even though there is still no certainty from anyone that Trump will reduce inflation and poverty and expensiveness.
But the fact is that two-thirds (67%) of American voters were dissatisfied with the current reality, and this was proven by the vote.
Despite historically low unemployment, only 32% rated the economy as excellent or good. And this turned out to be crucial to the result.
Among those who described the economy as bad, 69% voted for Trump.
Donald Trump, despite pollsters' pre-election analysis of an electoral derby, saw his percentages increase in all demographic groups and in all economic and social strata, but also among men and women.
Trump's election showed how angry American citizens are about the high cost of living and high prices.
The fact is, Americans are spending far more now than when Joe Biden took office.
Each month, the average American household spends $1,120 more than in January 2021 to purchase the same goods and services, according to Moody's Analytics.
Trump "colored" the map of America red because he "read" society, unlike Kamala Harris and the Democrats who invested in a false narrative about democracy, "community rights" and Trump's "threat" to everyone .
What do we need in Albania?
For democracy? For stability?
To overthrow the 34-year-old establishment?
For a strong and stable economy?
To fight corruption?
For social peace and justice?
For quality education and health?
YES! We need all of these!
And the governing program that was presented by President Basha on June 1 responds to these needs of Albania and Albanians better than anyone else.
No other political entity goes to the 2025 elections with a genuine economic program.
A realistic program, which in its main points has the economy, business and people, peace, democracy, justice and stability.
I am bringing to your attention some of the highlights of the program.
FLAT TAX 9% - Profit tax 9% Free professions 9% Personal income tax 9% Dividend with flat tax 9% - (currently what citizens pay today is 23%.)
PROPERTY REFORM - Immediate return of property where it is free; Compensation with market value where occupied; Issuance of bonds/bonds by the state, which are paid annually with 1/20 of the value; Registration of properties with the Uti Posidetis principle.
SUPPORT FOR FARMER FAMILIES - Each year, €100 million will be granted direct subsidy for agriculture and livestock; €50 million in infrastructure, for direct support (Beneficiaries 150 thousand farmers)
PENSION INCREASE - Periodic bonus and pension lower than the minimum wage.
PERSECUTOR STATUS With monetary value equal to ex-serviceman status.
COURT OF AUDIT - The state undertakes to nullify any obligations of citizens in matters of an administrative nature in relation to state institutions.
STOLEN PROPERTY DETECTION UNIT according to the Criminal Code that from 2013 to today the abuses are over 15 billion Euros from the state budget.
Difficult to accomplish?
No, if there is the desire and political will, if human resources are valued and society and its imperative requirements are read.
And in the 2025 elections, Albanians must vote realistically, placing their economic and social interest, stability and democracy in front of the regressive, aggressive and empty rhetoric of the Bermuda Triangle!
Unpredictability, proof of the independence of justice
