But nutritionists warn: eating dinner late can affect sleep quality, digestion, and even weight gain. The body has an internal clock that expects food earlier, and when we postpone dinner, we put it in a “time crunch.”
On the other hand, for many people, dinner is the only moment of the day to be with themselves or with those they love – and this weighs more than any dietary rule.
