Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, is asking Democratic MPs to pay to keep the blue headquarters “alive”. Noka has sent 100 euros (10 thousand new lek) per month to the MPs of the Democratic parliamentary group to the party’s bank account as a “quotation” for support. Initially, Noka had requested that the amount be delivered “in cash” to his secretariat, but this method was opposed by some MPs who have raised doubts about the way the funds are administered.

According to decision no. 81 of the Presidency, all DPA Deputies must pay a monthly contribution of 10,000 New Lek per month to the account dedicated solely for this purpose, the details of which are:
