4 hours in SPAK/ Former minister Haxhinasto: I gave my statements where they should

The former Minister of Infrastructure and Foreign Affairs, Edmond Haxhinasto, stayed for almost 4 hours in SPAK.
After leaving SPAK, Haxhinasto said to the media: "I came as a witness for certain issues. I gave my statements where they should".
Haxhinasto did not answer if he gave explanations on account of the "Meta-Kryemadhi" file.
In the SPAK file against former President Ilir Meta and MP Monika Kryemadhi, Haxhinasto is mentioned for several SMS communications between him and Kryemadhi regarding the conclusion of an optical fiber interconnection contract in the country.
In a communication on March 31, 2014 on WhatsApp, Kryemadhi says to Haxhinasto: "I'm Mona, don't forget my order."
On the same day, Kryemadhi writes to businessman Ardian Shatku: "Mondi signed it, tomorrow I will forward it to Milena".
