Is there an invitation for Rama and Berisha? Protest for the KLA in Tirana,

Tirana will be the epicenter of a massive nationwide protest on Friday, in support of former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) fighters who are being unjustly held in The Hague. Invited to the show 'Dekalog', Azgan Haklaj revealed details of the preparations for this rally, which is expected to gather tens of thousands of Albanians from all over the world.

According to Haklaj, the protest is an initiative supported by around 15 patriotic associations, the Artistic Union of the Albanian Nation, university representatives and other public figures.

Haklaj confirmed that a 'public invitation' had been extended to all political parties, including Prime Minister Edi Rama and opposition leader Sali Berisha. However, the lack of a formal personal invitation sparked a heated debate in the studio, where the importance of political unity on such a major national issue was highlighted.

Haklaj called the protest a 'second covenant of Albanians', calling for 'Skënderbej' Square to serve as an arena of unity, beyond political divisions.

"This is the first gathering of this size in Tirana. All Albanians, regardless of political beliefs, religious beliefs or affiliations, because Albanians are in four, five, six countries now, but we hope and believe that Albanians from all ethnic lands of the Albanian nation and from the diaspora will participate ," Haklaj said, among other things.
