FOR THE AMENDMENT

Education is one of the most important sectors. Increasing the financing of this sector is vital. For years, education has been underfunded compared to real needs. In order to increase the quality of teaching at all levels, increase investments in infrastructure (schools and kindergartens), significantly increase the salaries of academic staff, increase funding for students to cope with the effects of price increases, we propose to increase the budget up to 5% of GDP for the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth.

The financial effect on the State Budget will be borne by the reduction to the same extent of government operating expenses, non-priority investments, concessionary contracts/PPP and office reconstruction and furnishing expenses.
