Journalist Klodian Tomorri also reacted with irony to this news, writing in a post on social media that SPAK has put half of Tirana's GDP under security measures.
He further adds that businessman Fatmir Bektashi has an extraordinary ability to always be in the wrong place, as we recall that he also has a "compulsion to appear" measure for the "Partizani" file.
